It's October 16, 1962, Game 7 of the World Series at Candlestick Park in San Francisco, and Willie Mays is about to belt a ninth-inning double to set up one of the most dramatic moments in World Series history. The two-base hit off Yankee Ralph Terry will move Matty Alou to third and bring up Willie McCovey with two outs and the Yankees leading the Giants in the deciding game 1-0. McCovey, you may recall will line out to second baseman Bobby Richardson, enabling the Yankees to win the Series four games to three. Catcher Elston Howard, first baseman Moose Skowron, shortstop Tony Kubek, third baseman Clete Boyer, left fielder Tom Tresh, center fielder Mickey Mantle and right fielder Roger Maris are also in the field for the Yankees.

Measuring 20" tall x 31" wide, this lithograph, officially titled Candlestick Autumn Classic, is limited in edition to 600 prints. Each is numbered and signed by the artist, William Feldman, from whose original painting the fine art print has been exactingly reproduced onto acid-free paper, which is noted for its long-term archival abilities.
